17.04.17 FENOX’ Workshops in North Caucasian Federal District

From April 5 to April 7 the FENOX Company has conducted a series of training workshops for managers and sales representatives of distributor companies, representatives of retail outlets and specialists of service stations in Stavropol and Pyatigorsk.

Within the first section of the workshop, Regional Manager Anton Kryuchkov told about the history and main lines of business of the FENOX brand and outlined its positioning within the market. By popular demand from customers, Anton included in its presentation a master class in sales, as well as the section about how to identify original FENOX products and on methods of protection against pirated goods.

The Company’s Brand Manager Olga Sikorskaya told about the current marketing support, explained the conditions of the "Buyer as a Gift" program for points of sale, and also announced the new "Power of Knowledge" promotional event for authorized retail outlets.

The third FENOX’ reporter - Product Manager Dmitry Korotkin, made the trainees aware of the Company’s recent developments and unique product proposal items distinguishing the brand within the market of automotive components. Dmitry conducted a review of spare parts for the suspension and steering systems, of the brake mechanism components and cooling system components, as well as products for preventive maintenance. A great interest within the audience was generated by the section on supplying the FENOX products to the assembly lines of the world's leading automakers.

All the events were held in a relaxed atmosphere, in the form of an active, real-life communication. The visitors noted the usefulness and informational content of the workshops that allowed them to acquire new knowledge, expand their concept of the FENOX brand and, in general, to improve their professional level.

ПUpon completion of the workshops, all the participants were awarded with personal certificates, and the most active and involved participants – with a commemorative prize from FENOX – the Maxim Batyrev’s "45 Tattoos of a Salesperson" book.
